Did you get any further with this Darren? (Overworked Aux radiator and lazy main radiator). I only ask because there’s a similar thread on the S2 forum with an ABY and it reminded me of your issues.

On B4 cars the card has to be lifted up to release, not pulled off like a B2. It’s possible the C4 is the same as the B4.
