Looking at the rear suspension springs on my 1988 A100, I see two yellow paint marks.

What do they mean?

It must be significant, as the part no.s have 952 appended to them where paint marks...

Connected up the battery after winter hibernation, and the radiator fan started running - made me jump! It won't stop, so have unplugged the motor connector for the moment.

Fan position 1 is feeble on my car too.

But that may be irrelevant as you've got an extra throttle body connection!
