Thought I would re-edit my post as after a year of looking and still not finding the "Unicorn" Audi 100 Manual in red I've been looking out for.

Solved the issue
Popping back to the site for other reasons and realised I never followed up on this thread.
Everyone's suggestions were fully validated and I let "My mate" take lead on this one and so we went...
