Fuel metering head/distributor needed for 2144 80 quattro.
 

As the title says, i really, really, really, really(!) need a working fuel metering head/distributor for my '84 80 quattro (2144cc.) The bosch part number on the side is (060) 0438 100 125. Please help if you can as i am starting to get sad (and also a bit pissed off!) not being able to get my car running... thanks robert 07802 253 509..

Sorry Robert, can't help but start a build thread or put some piccies up in readers wives.

You can get them rebuilt in London I think, about £200 or so I think.

same part no as for my 2226 kv. had to look for one a few months back myself but turned out not the problem. anyway a friend of mine has one, i'll ask if he wants to sell but he may want to hold onto it as a spare for his 80q. it needs a new gasket between m.head and top of airbox :)

Still got mine but it's been cannabilised for other purposes. Sorry.
