carb for 1981 !!!! audi 80 1.6
 

a while ago i needed a carb for my 1981 audi 80 1.6

i got a carb it was wrong so i asked the guy for the manifold as it was a twin choke took 3 weeks to get here

so after my daily drive car being off the road for 2 months now the manifold that turned up today is also wrong. appartenty it came from a 85-86 (wich i found out after i had got the carb ....) :wall:

anyway rant over

i need a carb badly not a twin choke a single choke for a 1981 AUDI 80 1.6 PLEASE

yeah thought of that nothing definate on ebay and i dont wanna buy another wrong one

can you get someone to make up an adaptor plate......so that you can use the 'wrong' carb....as long as clearance is not an issue?? ive seen it done..

probably not worth the hassle though, just an idea
