Spotted on Pistonheads, an ur S6 in Nogaro Blue with the half leather/blue alcantara trim. 144k Miles. 1997 reg, so a very late one (will have the Audi Gamma wider din stereo in it). This one is a 6 Speed manual. £2800.

Lol! Usually it is the fact that it is an Auto that puts people off. I must admit, I would rather have the manual of one of these over the old skool autobox. Tiptronic, they aint....

That car looks very familiar I am sure that is one of the guys off the forums. I wanted one of these for ages, couldnt find one so bought a a6 2.7tt auto/tip and what a massive difference the later box makes. If the earlier boxes were better I may have still considered one myself.

Yeh, my A6 2.7T is a Tiptronic, and I love it. I am normally not a fan of autos, but my dad's old A8 Sport was lovely to drive with the Tiptronic, and sort of swayed me.
