very strangely drawn to this for some reason!

Just what I should have bought when I picked up the Pissrat!

Dogs in the back, parts on top, plenty to the gallon and it's old skool cool!

it must be quite near you coxy, time for a gander???

could be, but event the TD's are a bit sluggish.
Confused as his ad says 115bhp, but my book says 99bhp for that year (88-89 models)
That's not a lof of power for a big barge!

I suppose not, but it could be tweaked.

Maybe engine swap to C4 AAT? Only TDI in C3 was 1T with 120 bhp.
I know one latvian diesel freak, at my age. He started with C3 fwd 2.5 TDI avant, tuned engine, after crash he bought messed up [in condition that Coxy would say it's worthless :ihih: ] A200q, swapped a lot of parts from former A100 and also from C4, at the moment he have hybrid 2.5 TDI made up from parts of all three 2.5 10v engines, 185 bhp, god only knows how much torque, probably around 400 nm, of course, he's planning more :D Average fuel mileage is nice as well - 6,3-6,5l/100km.

Not power, but torque. Spoke to Gib and he said it will do 85 all day, top out about 110, and return 40-48mpg all day long..........
