SOLD - Golf GTi N52GLC - £750
 

I got asked by a mate to take some photos of a couple of cars he wants to sell, as he hasn't got a camera.

I also haven't a clue what a Golf GTi is worth, as I don't take much interest in them. I'm more into Audis, old jags, BMWs and Volvos. None of the cars I've got are new enough to transfer an N reg number onto, otherwise I'd buy the car and take the reg off it.

This Golf isn't on ebay yet because I haven't got all the detals off him, or his ebay password.

Just in case it is of interest to anyone on here, here are a few pics, a link to some more on photobucket, and his phone number. He said he want's about £750 for it.
It's got 145400 miles on the clock, no service history, and MOT until I think August 2010. It's got a bloody nice red and black leather interior, with a small area of damage to the drivers seat bolster. Not bad by any means for a 145000 mile car. Decent looking alloys, bodywork good, I'd say about 8 out of 10. Engine sounds fine. Owner is a mechanic and MOT tester, so it's probably a good car or he wouldn't have bought it.

Just spoke to Julian. Car sold for £400 ! Bloody bargain. I reckon it would have gone for more on ebay.
