Pair of front struts
 

Im after a pair of front struts for my 80 sport.

If anyone has a pair they want to get rid of let me know and I'll take em off your hands.

bloody hell mate thats what am after for my 80! had trouble tracking one down, i got one eventually just gotta sort the payment/postage details, got it off here so you should get it sorted, oh yea i rang audi main dealer the part was discontinued in 2007 doh only 2 year ago!!

No mega rush, want them to make front coilovers with.

Dont want to use the ones on the car only to run into problems.

I have a pair from a 1984 GT5E if they are any good ?

Im not sure if they are the same or not, anyone know for sure?

thats a good question, i thought the chasis was the same?? am i wrong? the haynes manual is the same for 80/90/coupe

Don't know about B2 struts but B3 struts [that ones which is from typ8A, 1989 onwards] is popular upgrade among latvian B2 owners - with 20v brakes as well, but our technical inspection doesn't like to see them on B2.

early 80 b3 front struts are the same as b2 :tup:
