Christmas Decorations WTF

So, the retail world in the States, outlets and media are already spooling up for Xmas.
We strangley had a 1/2 of snow on friday am, but Halloween is more than a week away.
Snow aside, one f#*&ng holiday at a time please. In the past, as few as 10-12 years ago, nobody pushed Xmas until after the 3rd weekend in November (Our Thanksgiving weekend).

What's it like in the UK?

Well, I went in to our local village near where I work last week and it had signs up for road closure to put up Christmas Decorations this weekend!

I've never got it, I don't really do christmas anyway. not because I'm a scrooge but I'd rather celebrate the birthday of someone I know!!

Lights up in Liverpool.
There,s a BHS shop selling xmas decs and playing xmas music.(Already)Hate to work in there.
Gets earlier every year. They think the early bird, gets the cash.
Should be a law,Xmas starts on 1st Dec.

So do I love Christmas, but at Christmas. Not three weeks into frigging October when you can still walk around in your Summer togs.
