just fitted a steering damper to the 80CL
 

Wife is out on the pop, kids asleep so I went out and took a steering damper off my 80 Sport and fitted it to the 80CL.

Will know tomorrow if it improves the steering, at the minute you are driving down the road and the steering wheel kicks at every stone and bump, hopefully this will cure it!

Wonder why the 80CL didn't have it as standard, when the Sport did???? The bracket was there, it was just a bit fiddly under the battery tray.

Having a pint of proper cider now, then beanz on toast.......

No expense spared eh Mush. Reckon my S6 would benefit from new ones.

drove it 50 miles today, a definite but small improvement.
