Whats the best exhaust
Want more 5 pot sound. What's a affordable but good exhaust. Do I need complete system or is the something else. I dont want to sound like a boy racer, just 5 pot sex!!:rock:

I believe Jetex do a reasonable system. Not tried or heard it myself

The "best" exhaust is the one that gives lowest backpressure and has the correct pipe diameters and tuned length to give best extraction ....thats the clever answer....or is it? :D :idea:

Nige's old rally rep sounds good! :smilewinkgrin: I'd suggest cutting the rear box and having a welded straight pipe in place (like mine). Looks neat and can be done very easily without a lot of money spent. If you cut the hangers off the box you can weld them on to the straight pipe when you re-hang it, so looks neat. :tup:
Oh...and it sounds excellent (nice deep burble 5-pot sound without being too loud and not being a boyracer)! |
