|
Gaz I think Coxy likes Autosol for polished metals. I'm getting this from an old post, so take it with a grain of salt.
He probably won't be able to resist answering your post in the AM. It's 10 PM in the US. What are you doing still up m8. |
I hate polishing rims btw!
it's a real knuckle scraper! Either use Autosol or Peeks metal polish. Don't bother with the Meguiars metal polish as it's overly expensive and not as good. |
I always used autosol its a winner!! COxy do you seal it in anyway after??
|
only painted rims not polished ones.
I use chemical guys wheel sealant on painted ones (when I can be bothered!!) |
If you can get some, the Mothers metal polish is my personal favourite.
|
i use metaseul from cava seul normaly but they stopped the production :wall: so looking for new stuff

Concur with recommendations for Autosol, it is good and not overpriced.
Is there lacquer on there that needs to be fixed up too? |

last time I bought Autosol, it was 4 tubes for a tenner from the old Buildwas Car Boot!
