Off road 2 years and no MOT plus the lacquer peel, I'd avoid it, but if you have the knowledge and skills to get it back on the road then it's a cheap car.

Thanks John. I have a guy I use now who is very reasonable but add the £1 mile to asking price and it's not a cheap project anymore :(

Yup, I understand .....I bought an 80 from Essex (I think?) a few years ago, car was 500 and 300 to transport :crazy: But you do what's right at the time !

This has apparently been bought by one of my Audi aholic friends who lives nearby. He collected it today. I will keep you posted as to how it turns out.
