Noticed this on Car and Classic too. Crazy money given it's not been on the road since at least 2006 (not MOT history online and no current MOT), plus at least some paintwork, recommissioning, new headlights and isn't even running on all cylinders! Also they've called it a GT Coupe Quattro.

Says they're open to offers... Wonder if they'd take half the advertised price.... :ihih:

Thats very steep. If that's what one in that conditions goes for I need to double the insurance value on mine

To be fair to it , It’s looks to be a pretty honest car, inevitable issues with the lower windscreen and it would have been nice to have seen a full underbody refresh of subframes and suspension components for the money they’re asking.
Ironically the quad lamps could command enough money to replace with the correct lights and make a bit of a profit on them.
The running issue could be something and nothing or a costly Injection system overhaul? But you can’t be selling an original iconic 5 cylinder audi sounding like a 4 cylinder lol.

Is it worth it? Not to me, but the problem I have, in my head is (and a lot of us audi enthusiasts probably lol ) , I’ve seen cq’s and similar audi’s go for silly low money over the years (in comparison), however nowadays, rarity and demand to the right person could quite easily mean it will sell for the asking price….
Which is not a bad thing …..
