Clutch Cable for '82 GT5S?
 

According to the previous owner; my GT5S went through 5 cables in the 20 years he owned it. It broke the other day and so mr RAC sorted me out with a bespoke cable with nice shiny stainless fittings at either end and a plastic sheathed cable. The one that broke was not sheathed and had plastic fittings at the end!!! Anyway, I'm still driving on this cable as neither GSF nor ECP can supply me with one :confused: My guess is that the one that was on there wasn't correct for the car and hence broke so quickly, although I'm sure it must've been fitted incorrectly to have chafed through so quickly. I believe the grommet in the bulkhead may be missing on the pedal side of the bulkhead hence getting metal-to-metal contact and increased wear.

Either way; anyone got any ideas where I could get one from?
