Classic Audi - 1988 Audi 90 Quattro, tax and test.

This is my 1989 Audi 90 Quattro, I have owned this car for the last 7 years but due to other projects and a lack of space the time has come to sell it, it drives great, very smooth and reliable, it a solid well specced car which should last well and has had most “wear and tear” items replaced, the only fault I am aware of is 1 ABS sensor reading incorrectly, I hope to fix this before selling if I get any spare time.

2.2 litre 5 cylinder 10 valve KV engine (152K miles).

The car comes with the usual Quattro refinements, these include 5 speed manual gearbox, four wheel drive, power steering, switchable ABS, disc brakes front and rear, lockable centre diff (switch in console), Alloys x 5, K-Jet injection with air cooled injectors, central locking, electric windows front & rear, heated electric mirrors, factory fitted sunroof, sports grey velour seats, factory tinted glass with “Quattro” script.

The jobs done in the last 12 months include:-

Make and fit sports exhaust (very loud!!), fit 4 new tyres, strip and rebuilt front brakes with new ABS sensors, new discs and pads, strip and rebuild rear brakes with new N/S/R ABS sensor and new discs and pads, 2 new handbrake cables & clips, new rear flexi hoses, replace spark plugs, full service, repair and replace breather hoses, new battery, replace ignition hall sender, new timing belt, retrim drivers seat bolster, replace antifreeze, replaced head gasket, inlet, exhaust gaskets, new radiator & cooling fan switch, drained/flushed/replaced gearbox oil, there will be loads of other things I’ve done but can’t remember.

MOT = Mid May
Tax = 31-7-09

£695 as it stands, or £750 with 12 months MOT.
