That’s 1 cracking looking motor ,was it as good as it looks in the pics ?

Ringmaster 16-11-18 11:26 PM

This would be my choice if I were to go for a British Classic, although from what I've heard about engine maintenance etc, I doubt I could afford it....

Many fond memories of Bond movies of that era.. they don't make 'em like that any Moore!

Interior's a wee bit fugly!...…...but yeah, nice machine.

What's the story with it Colin? Restored?

That’s proper nice and looks straight out of factory , even down to the original make tyres I suspect ?

The Allergro /Maxi ? door handle makes me twitch though

WOW that's a gorgeous example and it really does look as if it's just come out the factory

I hadn't spotted that.. ouch! I think I could forgive it in this case though considering what the handle is attached to.

As for Allegro :nonod:

Those leather seats look very sumptuous too. Not sure I would ever want to get out.

There's a touch of Dolomite in the clocks and switch-gear as well?!…….likely what was in the Maxi/Allegro too?
