GOT an email this morning from EBAY saying that a 3rd party got into my account and sent emails to other users..... GREAT!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad:

As a result EBAY has frozen my account and I cant login

NOW I cant login and going around in cirlcles on their "help" page!!

how can I find out WHO the bar steward is that got into my account :hmmm::hmmm::hmmm:

Been having fake paypal requests for weeks too,its pants tbh

EVERY page I go to for help it takes me to the login page first... I CANT LOGIN F.F.S:mad::mad::mad:


cant even find a phone number to talk to someone, meanwhile whats going on with my account????

just logged on and got their customer support number that they now give out Rich 020 8080 2105....be nice to see how useless it is Rich as they take the piss with everything else

it worries me what is going on on my account, this 3rd party has been emailing people on ebay.....god only knows what he she was emailing about?

Email from EBAY says my bank and credit card details held is encripted so its safe.....

but the instructions to reset my account I need to login first DOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rolleyes:: rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

First up run a virus scan and spysweep on your pc, its likely youve unwittingly downloaded a trojan thats bled your details off the keyboard as youve typed them (keylogger) and sent them to the idiot who's now using your account.
Thats probably how its happened, secure the computer first.

I've had exactly the same problem with fleabay,some twat selling a rolex on my account,i mailed ebay about dodgy goings on and they blocked my account,I've emailed them about 6 times even wrote them a nice letter ;no response what so ever.Then i noticed £21.55 ebay fees leaving my account:wall::wall:WTF!!!Customer service absolutely nil!:yikes:

Ian I used this number this mrornig and got a chap online to talk me through re activating my account
