Seen on M62 near Manchester yesterday.

I'm sure this was a rally car reg but it was on a Hyundai Santa Fe 4x4.

This reg was at one time allocated to David Llewellin's 1987 British Open Championship Coupe quattro.

It's an Isle of Man number, not listed with DVLA :)
