Front Pads rattling in Calipers,ARGHHHHH

Hi

I recently fitted a new set of Bilstein Discs and pads to front of my 94 Coupe V6.

After a 1000 miles or so,I get the pads going tick tick tick in the calipers as if they are loose.

How can I cure this, its never happened to me on any other car.

Also, the rear discs and pads are new.Last week I fitted these.I found out the hard way abotu pushing hard while winding in the pistons on rear calipers..

Took the car out and straight away I noticed she was no longer pulling to the left. So,I deduced the nsr caliper had been seized.Thing is,with this particular side,I had taken out pads down to the metal so I stripped and rebuilt the whole caliper, taking out the piston, cleaning, lubeing and refitting.

Can anyone advise as it doesnt seem theres much else that can cure this other than fitting new calipers.

A friend of mine had this rattling on a late Golf after he'd put new pads in. They were pattern part pads (don't know what brand). He put some genuine pads in and they didnt' rattle.
