Racist comments

Can I please ask that we stop the racist comments that are appearing in certain threads. I understand that people are unhappy with certain traders and I fully sympathise, however I don't feel bad traders are restricted to other nationalities.

Please stop or I for one will be leaving the forum as I don't want read comments like these.

Many thanks
Andy

It had crossed my mind the other day with the northern jibes , it starts off at having a dig at the Scott's then this then that so I do agree .... Without resorting to certain stereotype comments you can quite easily state your case with concrete facts and not low IQ / cheap shots IMHO

I've seen it in a few posts recently too, I think it just goes to show what the people who write it are actually made of. I wonder how many would say it face to face?

Bit like those Chelsea fans that are in the news, moronic bunch of p ricks imho

Hear hear!. Brits of whatever pursuasion whether they open their boiled eggs at the sharp end or the blunt end, banter has two levels. Level one is face to face, level two is this.
It's easy to blur the two.
Traditional British reserve should be the order of the day. Reserve banter to the meets, if it spills into the forum after that then no offence is given and none received.

Other than that:

:grr::grr::grr::grr::wall::wall::finger::finger::m oon::moon::fire::fire::p

:D

Then we can have a beer, wine or lemonade and we can all be

Let the emoticons do the talking :)

I know we joke, we haven't had any banter back yet though but.

I love it over there. Havent been since 2012 but it's one of those places that you cannot keep wanting to go back to.

Love the Carickmacross/Dundalk area

i would like to retain my right as a scotsman to call you lot south of the border, "english arseholes".

we have been calling you names for many centuries and i see no reason to stop now. it's all-encompassing so that none of you feel left out, no matter where you reside or what you look like.

if you live in england and have an english accent then i feel it's necessary to carry on our tradition in the above manner.

so, get it up ye !

We have broad shoulders!

As long as you sell us whisky, you can call us anything you want.

Stangely enough, :hmmm: the more whisky, the more we are cool about it...

My son's just moved to Cumbernauld so I've been up there several times recently.

It's seriously sorted up there, I had a whale of a time.

Go Scotland!
