Audi 100 shocks and bushes...

Anybody know where I can get decent uprated shocks and poly bushes for my 1986 avant? Ive got a set of PI lowering springs to fit and I need dampers to match. While im under there, may as well do the bushes too ;)

Im a bit of a suspension numpty so any advice would be much appreciated!
