wipers,blowers AND window motor problem
 

It seems like my car has decided to mess me around for the last few days first it was the king lead which killed the dizzy cap now im guessing its a relay.

The wipers slowed then stopped then nothing which was brillaint as it was tipping it down earlier. I had the drivers window open 2" and that wouldnt go up neither would the passenger one go down or up. Then i noticed the fan was off.

I removed the relay I thought was the offending article only to be quoted £38 for a new one!!!!! So i told them to leave it and drove back to where I was working when suddenly the wipers came back into life firstly enabling me to close the window.

Weird thing is the relay was still in my pocket, firstly whats going on? secondly how can I fix this. HELP please!!
