is he sure it's an 1800 ? they didn't have the raised boot spoiler or the 3 gauges in the centre consul Also no GT badge on the back just audi Maybe a very late one that audi added bit too ?

Nothing wrong with the 4 pots mine has done 380,000 miles and will return near 40mpg

Sorry steveb, wasn't saying there's anything wrong with them, I'm sure they're great cars (especially for fuel economy). I just prefer the sound of the 5-pot, to replace the stereo! :D

love the 5 pot sound as well but for an everyday car the 1800 is great less overhang at the front as well so not as much understeer :)
