Brake pressure regulator
 

I'm after one of these babies - not the later square alloy one. Also used on a MK1 Golf. Anyone got one lying around?

I have a brand new one that I picked up from ebay a few months ago but I do need it as my current was an MOT advisory last year so apologies it's not for sale :p;).

I have taken a look on VAGCAT and there is a price of 140 Euro's showing which typically indicates the part may still be available. It may be worth checking with your local VAG dealer.

There are 44 available on eBay.de for £80 delivered - which is okay. May I ask what you paid for yours? Mine has no movement in it (well it didn't move when I tried pushing the lever) but the MOT test station didn't pick up on it. I do need to get it done anyhow - no doubt it will mean replacing all the brake pipes too!
