Rear bumper bar bolt removal.
 

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me how to remove the bolts from my rear bumper bar which hold it to the plastic outerbumper? They all turn but don't actually unscrew which is odd, i even tried upward pressure with a bar leavering in one of the rust holes, but it still didnt unscrew. What am I doing wrong?
