You dont get an extra hour in bed, you lose it the next time you go to bed as you have to go earlier. :p

I run on BST which explains a lot. :D

I rarely benefit from the extra hour in bed
I often feel the penalty when the clocks go the other way
And I can't remember ever being able to take advantage of the January sales (in the days when sales were just that)
