1994 80 Sport SE

With the impending arrival of a new company vehicle, I've decided to offer for sale the alpine white B4 80 Sport SE I currently use as my daily drive.

I bought the car of The Liam on here in February 2011 at a mileage of 133,172, prior to Liam's ownership, the car was owned by one of the technicians at Leeds Audi and I have a wad of invoices from said dealership and every MOT going back to 2001.

Since buying the car, I have replaced the front shocks and springs slightly lowering it in the process to cure a very bouncy front end. I have also replaced the entire exhaust including down pipe, catalytic convertor, lambda probe and middle box, the back box had been previously renewed and its perfectly sound. Last job before the last MOT was new discs and pads and rebuilt calipers on the rear.

The car sailed through the MOT in December.

The car is still required until 1st May, taxed until end of May and MOT December 2012 and the current mileage is 137,793 although this will rise with my daily commute of 25 miles per day.

The car is a very clean example of this model with no rust, although it is 18 years old and has the odd mark here and there. All stone chips are promptly attended to etc.

Unusal features are the outside temperature display in the instrument binnacle Audi Delta Radio Cassette with 6 disc multichanger in the boot and an S2 grille. It also has the moulded plastic boot liner to protect the boot carpet on trips to the skip.

The five spoke 80 Sport/urS4 alloys are in excellent condition with only very minor marks on the n/s/f rim and a full size alloy spare

It also has a high 5th TDI gear fitted by the technician from Leeds Audi and makes for a very relaxed and economical long distance cruiser.

I have fitted my favorite 3 spoke Audi steering wheel but can replace this with the original 4 spoke and accept £700.

Car will be fully cleaned and polished before sale.

Removed the S2 steering wheel and replaced with the standard 4 spoke, so £700 to forum members, will put on Pistonheads and Retrorides etc tomorrow

I've always regretted selling this motor, never had a car in such great condition. If I wasn't massively overdrawn because of my stupidly unreliable Octavia VRS, I'd have it back in a second...

Just to add, during my ownership I fitted genuine Audi new front wishbones, so they should be good for a long while yet :)

Nice car, would consider this myself but two cars is enough, good luck with the sale.
