Metering head and injection unit that sits on top of it for an 1987 Audi 80 GT, early Scirrocos, MK1's and early Mk2 Golfs metering heads would do too.

It should do if it is the same size engine and same generation. Check out the part number on the metering head - it should be the same if it's the correct one.
