Help with bits for my Audi pleeeeasssseee......

Ok im in a pickle, my Audi is currently at my mates garage and we're trying to get it running properly. Currently it starts fine but won't idle unless its warm and even then its a bit lumpy.

The link to its thread: http://www.classic-audi.co.uk/forum/...ead.php?t=1091

He's checked the injectors and 3 and 4 are wet with fuel whilst 1 and 2 are dry, he's swapped the injectors over to see if that makes a differance but it doesnt.

We've had the metering head off blown it through, changed the fuel pressure regulator, new plugs, leads, fuel pump, cap, compression test was ok, fuel temp sensor is ok and checked.

My mate now thinks its the airflow metering head that is at fault, where do i get one without spending mega bucks, i don't want to think about scrapping it or breaking it as its a good 45k mile car, but i can't justify spending loads of money on it tbh.

Help :(

*Coxy sorry if this is in the wrong bit im not thinking to straight at the mo
