over fueling problem

Guys i need a little help with something else. Here in S-A we call them a microbus, dont know on ure side of town. :lol:

it overheated a while ago and blew head gasket. got the head fixed and new gasket and all. Its going ok but its got black smoke and dont idle. I can smell the fuel at the exhaust. Its obviously over fueling. Any ideas?

Its a 5 cylinder engine, same as most 5 cylinder (pot) audi engines but its got a fuel rail and not a fuel distributor:)
