1982 Audi 200 5E 90K

This is my 200 5E which was on bricks in a garage in Scotland from 1992 - 2007 after which I aquired it from Micky1. The interior is excellent as it has been out of the sun nearly it's whole life. The exterior is very good though not immaculate - but it is a head turner. There has been no welding, this is probably the most original Type 43 200 around - for that matter it is the only 200 5E on the road in the UK! Engine is very good, new water pump, injectors, windscreen etc etc. All four calipers have been refurbished and there is a new master cylinder. There have been 3 previous owners, there's lots of paperwork and history. 90K miles. 2144cc WC 5 cylinder engine with K-Jetronic. It's auto as was standard with the type 43 200 but actually drives extremely well - it's changed my opinion of Autos! So a very rare car - unique bit of Audi history which led to the UR.

Superb looking car and a good price for it as well.

Shame to see you selling but I'm sure when the 5T is finished then this would take a back seat anyway.

Good luck with the sale!

Trying to save a deposite for a house.... Is now a good time to buy a house??? Just kidding...but they are much better value in Shrewsbury than here in Oxfordshire!

now's a good time to buy a house, if the bank will lend the money!
a few good bargains to be had.

people don't realise a bargain when they see one. Can't believe this hasn't sold.
I just wish it had come up for sale either 3 months ago or 3 months time.:(

Actually I sold it - the guy took it away this evening. Sad to see it go, glad to have the space, money and time....to spend on the other one! I've put a valuation table on my website for the type 43 200 based purely on one sale - see what you think...

Funnily enough my website has done really well since the artical went in Practical Classics - 2000 hits last month!

I'd say it seems about right but I haven't got a clue as there is only you who's bought/sold them it seems!! Hope the new owner pops his head in this place then!:p
