Best paint for plastic bumpers?

What have people used on their bumpers? Is there a recommended primer or paint?
Satin, or gloss?

I think it depends the car. If it originally was black then black of course. And in my opinion satin black is OK.

another method is heating the plastic up (make the plastic bleed) and the colour will come back into it.
