audi quattro estate 2000year head unit needed as says need the right unit for my car whyg ????

Anyone got head unit for me ?/

2000 year Audi estate, what model ? must be A4 or A6, single or double din ? it would help folks on here the 'Classic Audi forum' in identifying what you actually want, there again it does state the forum is actually for pre 'A' series cars.

No axe to grind as lots of folks on here have later cars as well and may have a spare but maybe you would be better off posting on the audiisport.net forum ?

double din think had sat nav on to bud my car x reg estate and got big hole where unit went got canny few plugs to plug in to audi a4 estate 2.5 v6 diesel

I've got an RNS-D Navigation plus double din head unit from a 1999 A4 2.6 v6. Part number is 8D0 035 192 GX

I would let it go for free if you can collect from me. I've got a ton of cables, aerials, 6 cd changer and diversity (analogue) tv tuner to go with it. Most of the loom but it has been hacked about a bit.

I have no code but it should be possible to bring it back to life with VCDS. Decent cosmetic condition.

I got it from a scrapyard about 5 years ago as it seemed ridiculous that it was going in the bin. Paid next to nothing for it and was going to put it in the green machine A4 but never did, went with the original Delta set up instead.

If you are up for a project, please take it, it's taking up space and has nearly been skipped a few times. Very unlikely I will use it myself :o
