Advice needed, four rings or not
 

The question is this,
Should my car display the rings or not?,
Were they an option?
Are they for quattros only?
Or turbo versions?

I got this unanswered question in my mind for many years
seeing most of b2 coupe and coupe quattro with rings I was sure
that they must have them from new but when I went through all my coupe gt. coupe quattro
brochures as well as press photos I couldn't find door rings on any car so I hardly believe only urquattro should have them,,, unless European cars got them ? the best confirmation will be audi part number that I can't find on etka ?

When I get my respray (one day!) for my cq, I have a set to put on (brought from AM Cars)

I had the door rings on my old coupe, I prefer the look

Early B2 Coupe's had the dark tint graphic below the rubbing strip and on the front spoiler, facelift cars ('85 models on) were plain.

Only UR quattro's had the rings from the factory, they were a dealer fit option on everything else.
