Kimbolton Castle Fayre

Was thinking today about perhaps sticking my neck out and organising a CA stand next year at this superb show i attended at Kimbolton Castle Fayre. It's great for all the family with whats going on there not to mention the 800 cars in attendance! Sadly there were no Audis! We need to put that right! https://kimboltoncountryfayre.com/
I'm guessing it might be a waste of time and effort as many won't come/turn up because of the distance??

This show really is fantastic for many reasons, the Spitfire flypast or the Lancaster aint bad either. With a stand pass it's a £10 entry for the whole family instead of the £25 it should have cost us so a bit of a bargain! Who's wants to attend next year?

Was too busy to take many pics so these is all i have and you'll be able to tell the cars i liked the most as i bothered to take a sharp pic, but should indicate what a fabulous show this is and venue! These were taken late in the day when things had quieted down somewhat. Come on peeps anyone?

Looks like a great event there  The P6 Rover looks a stunner, my Dad had more than a few over the years, but never a V8. The Jensen Intercepter is a car I remember being awestruck at seeing one as a nipper as it rumbled by, I still want one.

Great pic's, thx for posting them :D

It was a stunner Ben, the interior was all original and that old boy showing the couple his photo album has a few other classics a couple he rebuilt himself and all of them driven at least once a week! Hope i get to his age and still doing it. As an aside when i used to clean and polish my first car the 1.6 XL Cortina Mk3 back in 84 the car next door used to be parked next to mine a lot and it to was P6 V8 in white.

Great photos, thanks for sharing. We miss so many decent shows being so far away from 'civilization '. Still, the local village car show is on this weekend so I'll be there to see what's going on. (Without CQ before you ask. I'm currently bastardising some old seat bases for the bucket seats. Harnesses also showed up today.. wooohooo...).
