I witnessed the most bizarre event today....
 

Following a car through a 30 limit, everone just pottering about, car goes past the other way as a wood pigeon swoops across the road. Car clips said pigeon and it goes straight in the car in front's open drivers window and starts madly flapping... The woman driving (with a nipper in the rear seat) held it together remarkably well, all things considered. She stopped and had extracted the bird by the time I'd got to her... Really bizarre...

Is there a punchline to this :hand: or is it for real ?

I did a bizarre thing the other day, I tried to 'fly' with a bat, with one of the kid's catapult powered gliders, just a small thing about eight inches long (a red arrow hawk!). I was intrigued to see what the bat did, but I fired it up and it smacked the bat a belter in mid-air.:o poor thing.. flew off fine though and the plane dropped to the ground like a brick.

There must be something in the air..
