Seeking a Ur project

I'm looking for my next project and would love to restore a Ur quattro. WR MB or RR. As long as its all there and not totally rusted away.

Cheers

Dave

Anyone got a pair of sills?

You sure like your projects:tup:
Have you tried contacting Classic quattro's or quattro corner?
They may be able to help

Oh exciting stuff!
Any more info?
I would ask for pics, but I'm very bad at that. My trouble is that my phone is my camera, and when I'm covered in grease and dirt I don't feel
Like getting my phone and mucking it up for a couple of pictures, as I'd probably knacker my phone!

Lol, sills are readily available but I suspect, just a hunch like, having started ours with a very good road legal car like, that the sills are the least of your issues regardless of condition.

Thanks for the kind encouragement everyone! Yes, I do like a good challenge.
I don't want to tempt fate as I haven't collected the car yet. I will post some picks up when its safely in my possession.
Its a 1988 MB. All there but layed up for about 10 years. Rusty sills and floor, otherwise not bad.

Well done Dave.... And brave.... Seriously. Good luck.

Very wise words, indeed.

Out of the frying pan and into the fire for you.

Ran an MB for just shy of 10 years. Great cars when they are going but they can be frustrating at times.

I wish you well in your next venture.
