very low mileage 10v 90quattro MAY P/X!

Right, I have a very low mileage 1989 Audi 90 quattro 10v for sale finished in Zermatt silver.

It's has amassed a huge and very genuine 51k from new. The joys of finding cars which have been well looked after by older people!!
We bought this with 48k on the clock and have done 3000 trouble free miles in her.
Alex has been using this as her daily driver but has now moved down to a Passat 4motion so this is up for grabs.
It's has a VERY large history file with all old MOT's and full dealer service history to back up the very low mileage.
Interior is immaculate, and comes with factory fitted air con which works perfect.
Also has an aftermarket CD player which has a very similar finish to the rest of the dash so actually looks decent and not chavvy!
Exterior is immaculate (albeit a couple of minor blemishes). There's a small dink in the front of the n/s/f wing and the lower in bracket on the front light has snapped, but that can be easily fixed.
Other than that, it is pretty much A1.
Engine bay is immaculate. New battery with 4 year guarantee recently fitted as well.
In fact, I'd go as far as saying, it's one of the cleanest cars I've owned.
It is currently running on refurbed Exip alloys (very similar to BBS RA's), with a set of brand new tyres.
Can be seen here as I bought them off Ben
http://www.classic-audi.co.uk/forum/...highlight=exip
then put on a set of tyres for another £200.
Also has a near new (2 months old) custom fitted Powerflow backbox and rear section which cost £250 to unleash the sound of that 10v 5-pot lump!

She is MOT'd till November 16th 2010, and she had a full service on November 10th this year by Retro Auto in Telford.
Tax until Feb 2010.

pics can be seen in my album

So, there you have it. One of the lowest mileage Audi 90 quattro's about!

Now, I'm looking for either any of the cars below to replace it:

Typ 85 Audi 90 quattro
Audi 90 20v Sport/20v Sport quattro
Typ 89 20v Coupe/Coupe quattro
or 2.6/2.8 Coupe/Coupe quattro (or 2.0 16v considered if the colour is right!)

So, will do a deal with cash e/w on any of the above, but they must also fit in to the following categories:
Must have FSH
Must be in excellent/near mint condition (and not just good for year!!!!!!!)

Alex is a petrol head and wanted more power. She's given up looking for a good low mileage coupe and decided to have the 4motion I got the other week as her daily. When we first got together she had a Mk5 golf.
She needs her power and the Passat has nearly 200 brake!
After having a 20v CQ for 18 months and an RS2 for 4 years, driving a 10v quattro was a bit slow in comparison!!

cheaper to feed though!!

pity, yours is a nice example. You found that in ebay if I remember correctly.

I found it near my brothers in Stoke!
Got it from a chap in Cheddleton who had bought a Typ 85 CQ instead to replace it!

probably not much different in fuel either to be honest. The Passat 2.8 V6 get's high 20's on a good run, even above 30 if you are careful (yeah right!!)

The ronals are on my 100 2.0e !
they have a little bit of paint lift and blistering anyway, pretty common with them.

centre bore is a bit too big but spigot rings would sort that out.

Mr C, if you are looking for a mint 90 Sport 20V, Steve Edwards' Panther J Plate is the one I would be having a sniff of. A truly gorgeous car, and nice and standard with no silly add ons.

Good lad! He's a top, top bloke, and that car has been cherished by him for about 12 years or more. It really is stunning. Get it bought!

I think Ste may need to 'get around ' Tracy first. She likes that car.
