Lent the 100 to my girlfriend. Her ex did this. (not an accident, he kicked it) The police reckon they're going to arrest him tonight. Let's hope so.

Got a quote of £130 for the repair.

I'm sure he'll get what's coming to him one way or another.

This isn't the first time either. He let one of the tyres down on the same car a few weeks ago, then sent the following text message.

Quote:

I think u have a puncture mate, also I hear h reg audis are prone to electrical faults and sometimes catch fire especially if parked in ****** road
By the morning, he'd sent this one . . .
Quote:

...... u wont have a problem with me from now on, ure tire is pumped up .....
After this, I went to see him and warned him that if anything else happened, it would be reported.

I don't understand his mentality, especially considering he drives a Porsche Boxter and a Rover SD1 Vittesse, which obviously cost a lot more to fix than an Audi 100. The tw@t.

gabriel.oconnell 23-07-08 07:13 PM

yes mate i have fond most people who own porche boxster are a.....e and t... its because thay cannot afford or drive a proper 911 keep texts on file for the police he will be totally screwed and show this to the fuss as he intended to damage so this will carry graventy to your case in court good luck i did study law a few years ago so no probs keep cool m8 revenge is a dish best served cold

Booty 23-07-08 07:59 PM

Problem is it will go to the small claims court and he'll plead poverty and the 'Judge' will award him the right to pay it of at some ridiculous price like a quid a week. I went out with a girl from Manchester who had a TR7 convertible and her ex jumped all over the roof one night whilst we were...you know....huh hum. And yes...quid a week.

gabriel.oconnell 23-07-08 08:01 PM

oh well plan be a kickin he needs and a lession in life not to .... with you m8 bring friends ok

TheTwelveQuidKid 08-08-08 02:28 AM

Had the car repaired. Cost £168, but it's a brilliant job. No paint mismatch. Paint sprayer said he had to lighten the paint slightly as it's an old car.

Sent a letter and copy of the invoice to the idiot who did the damage. I doubt he'll pay, but there'll be a nice county court summons heading his way in 2 weeks if he hasn't paid by then.

As yet, he's still not been nicked. Must have been out on the pi$$ when the police went round there.

That's what i was thinking.. Guy sounds like a tool.

i agree about revenge is best served cold in this situation. u don't want to give him an excuse to turn the tables, law wise. (even tho he prob deserves it) .

As for paying up,.. could he still plead poverty if he owns a boxter? even if seconded hand that's a minimum 9-10K car @ the cheapest. (i think)

Besides,.. any real man would of spent that money on two URQuattros instead! (with the exception being AMANDA, who is a woman of coarse.. ) lol :D

steveb 08-08-08 09:11 AM

Sort of related ... have you not got the MB back yet Amanda ?

gabriel.oconnell 08-08-08 09:13 AM

ok m8 you had the car repaired this is how you do it i have dun law, firstly you send him the invoice for the repair via post by registar post so you know he had the invoice in the invoice you state to him you give him 14 days to pay, then if he does not, here what you do you send him a ccj counrty court judgement,, in which you also will ccj him that if he does not pay if in the future he gets anything on credit a mortage, new tv washing machine and another porche, his credit rating will have a bad blemish on it therefore no one will not give him anything, this will last for over 5 years and is very hard to get off, also it will affect him with and credit card company as well and then and only then m8 you where in my house in s wales watching a dvd and helping me fix my car while up with you he having a kicking m8

Put some surveillence on the car in case this plank gets a skinful and decides to come back for some more.....then kick his front row in. :D

Yep, that's the one. Got the judgment just over a month ago, and he hasn't paid it, so it'll be on the register of county court judgments now.

Nah, the muppet was too scared to let it go to a court hearing. After I issued proceedings, he filed an acknowledgement of service, indicating an intention to defend it, so he got the extra 14 days to put in a defence. Then he didn't put in a defence so I got a default judgment

Just started enforcement action for the money. It would have been so much easier for him to have just paid up when I sent him the bill.

Yes, he did get nicked for it, but CPS in their 'infinite wisdom' decided to NFA it, due to lack of evidence. Can't quite imagine why, seeing as there was a witness, but if you've ever read the charging criteria on their website, it's a joke.

PeterB 30-04-09 10:05 AM

He sounds like a total bell-tower.
But surely he can't be all bad if he's got a Vitesse though......:hmmm:

Lankytim 30-04-09 02:33 PM

Sounds to me like hes got personal problems. It cant be easy seeing his ex missus with a new man. What he needs to do is find a new woman and sh@g her brains out. Always worked for me, anyway.

Many would have battered him to a bloody pulp by now, but then maybe thats what he wants so he can become "the victim" At the moment he just looks like a desperate twat.

Maybe its worth asking him again drectly for the money owed, and let him know the only reason hes still walking is he owns an SD1.

gabriel.oconnell 30-04-09 03:37 PM

sorry to hear this £12kid the police and the cps are totally shit in this country, in some ways if we where like some state in america , he damage you property and trepass on your ground you could have put a 9mm bullet in his head and justice would have br served.

TheTwelveQuidKid 15-05-09 01:59 AM

Nearly fell over in amazement today. Got a notification letter throught the post from the court, enclosing a payable order for the total amount claimed, including costs. Not bad seeing as it happened in July last year.
