94 16v Coupe

Up for sale is my lovely low mileage (90k) Coupe.

Tis the 2lt 16v engine, plenty of poke and half decent MPG, best of both worlds:D

In good nick all round and drives spot on reflecting it's low mileage. Body has been fully detailed, only has a couple of minor scratches and the 2 nicks shown in the photos.

Unmodified other than S2 clear front indicators and repeaters. Fair bit of history.

Taxed til end of Jan 2011 & Moted til end of March 2011 (will put on 12months if required).

Good car in daily use, only selling to fund a new toy.

Looking for £1250 with 12months MOT or £1050 as it is with MOT til end of March, a true drive away bargain.

any questions, drop me an email or give me a bell on 01952 432706 / 07855 839210

out of my budget really, looking at Merc CLK320 or impreza turbo (the latter could also be handy as a doner for the ghia:D)

seriously would go for the latter.

Read up on CLK 320's (and most Merc's from late 90's to early 2000) as they rust like the proverbial.
And remember, the CLK was a £35k car new, and still has £35k+ running costs.

yep well up on the clk rust issues, mainly cosmetic really but servicing on either will prob be about the same and mpg is the same too. That said, there's some nice impreza's about for cheap money (avoiding all the modded and chavved up stuff).

Rapidresto 11-12-10 04:34 PM

Not had chance to take any pics today (unless you've got some coxy from when it was detailed?).

Mot is due at the end of march, but if i get near the asking price i'll happily put another 12 months on it, i know there's nothing that it'd fail on:cool:

Can take it to the breakfast club meet / the rally car workshop (coxy's unit) tomorrow if anyone wants to take a look.

boot floors and rear inner arches around the suspension as well.

Basically, don't waste yer money and buy a Scooby! No one is going to knock you for it, but you're too young for a CLK!

Even I'm too young for a CLK!!!

Good point, well made:lol:

Didn't know about the boot floor and suspension mounts:shake:

Scooby it is, only an extra £25 a year on the insurance too:tup: I also happen to have my eye on a tasty WRX wagon.

I prefer butyl!

Rapidresto 17-01-11 11:11 PM

Just to stress, the difference in as is and full mot price is not reflective of the work needed for next mot, it's the difference in value between the two.

I can't see that it'll need anything for the next mot and don't really have the time hence the bargain opportunity to get it as it is.

Feck it, buy it now without the fresh mot for £950, no offers!
