Dealership /Le Mans Celebration PLEASE READ
 

Hi everyone, as you know from my previous thread I have been trying to organise a Dealership Day for the Audi. Hurray, I've managed to get us in conjuction with the Bolton Audi Dealership and Bolton Le Mans Motorport Club a FULL Exclusive stand and section on Saturday 12th June 2010 and Sunday 13th June s2010 start time 10am until 4pm. This is why I have been a bit quiet. I have now got confirmation of all of this and just received a message for Jack to confirm that he is planning for the "Classic Audi Club" to have 1 or 2 exclusive paddocks next to Bolton Audi expose in Bolton city centre.

He is able to accommodate approx 40 cars, it will be heavily featured in the media and Audi Mags anyone wishing to attend needs to be available on Saturday with the their cars IN PLACE by 10am on one or both days. Jack will allocate VIP passes for the beer tent and drivers VIP area. Please please if you could say for definate your going tio attend can you please pm me with your names reg number and make and model of Audi by Monday 6th June so that the passes can be done. I'm really hoping that you'll attend what promises to be a fantastic event and if you have any ralley rep it would be great to have them there as well as from what I can gather Audi maybe able to supply a Audi Le Mans car as well on the days. Unfortunately, I'll be at the Deva dubs n Rods show in Shrewsbury that weekend but hopefully there will be enough of a presence from other Northern Folk for that weekend.

I've just had 4 new banners made up so can get them posted up this week sometime to our Northern reps and also some stickers to sell on the day :tup:

got to ask the Boss! that week i will be at Chatsworth the prev weekend, out weds chasing footlong sausages so may need to do some serious creeping...will be the blue mb at moment

well done, should be a good turn out. Should be able to do Saturday without too much problem but Sunday I'm flying out to Dublin. Is it a pass per car or pass per person?

Good luck with the creeping - flowers usually works on me so maybe give it a go :lol:

Sunday is out, but should be able to bring the Cq on the Saturday. Confirm 100% when I have consulted my PA. :rock:

Great news hope,:tup: why not bring Lynn, there going to be live music ,art and antiques, food hall etc lots ot see and do she might enjoy it as well, girlie day out and the shopping is good in Bolton which is a bonus for us girlies :lol::lol:

It's school report writing time so she'll be stuck to the computer from morning to midnight throughout June incuding the half term hols (thats no joke ) going nuts as she has 40 to do this year. Gone are the days when they could put in a quick 10 word sentence for each childs subject area and still has all the prep and planning to do on top. If this was a politician with this work load they'd have a PA, secretary and various helpers.. :crazy:
So she should be happy to have me out the way though she normally needs me to offer support and cups of tea and food:D

Regretably me and my quattro will be at Le Mans that weekend so sorry but as I'm working at the race I think I'd better go there!!!

Ah blessya babes, you're incredibly convincing! There is though no way I can make it Saturday 10 am as I finish one of my - bleeping - 12 hours night shift 8 am Saturday.

Exactlly even if you turn up after dinner just do it as nike says it'll be a blast honest you'lk be gutted if you miss you honest you know you want to go on .................. who needs sleep anyway :lol:

I live about 20 - 25 minutes away from the Bolton Town Centre were this event is taking place. Tanni I think lives near Panda not sure. I wont be drinking as I maybe one of Darren form Autopia's cars either the mgbgt his porche so I wont be drinking till I get home and relax.
