In order from earliest, some run concurrently and some were given too me as MOT fails then fixed and sold on.
1987 1.3 Golf C. First car, also started me off in the right direction, Standard apart from some GTi alloys. 1988 8V Golf GTi. First proper car, nice colour [Jade met], 90 spec bumpers, poly-bushed, decent suspension, Jetex exhaust, Rally cam, K8N ect. Crashed heavily and repaired 3 times, I owned her for five years and covered over 80K miles. Eventually put back to standard and sold for a profit to a Muppet who totalled it within two weeks. Great car 1987 Scirroco 1.6 carb. Standard. Good fun 1990 16V Golf GTi. Standardish, Very quick!! 1989 Scirroco 1.6 auto. Standard and pants, free though. 1992 1.6 Golf Driver. Standard. 1987 Scirroco GTX. Poly-bushed, decent suspension, Cam, filter, exhaust ect. Totally stripped out in side!! Very light and chuck-able, awesome fun 1987 8V Golf GTi. Standard. 1996 Corrado VR6. Standard. Stunning car, I wrote it off. However I made a fortune from the insurance and salvage. 1991 Peugot 106 Diesel, not at all nice!! FREE!!! 1990 Corrado G60. LHD German spec import heavily modified in the farther land, 200 BHP, top spec Sachs+Eibach suspension, BBS spit rims, ect ect ect. VERY quick with awesome handling for a FWD. Put back to standard and sold for a profit after three years of my ownership. MUCH better than the VR6. 1986 Audi 80 Sport. Found abandoned and heavily vandalised in a lay by. Totally striped, raged about off road on weekends for about three years. 1990 Subaru legacy. Given to me by a mate then tested to destruction off road 1986 Golf 1.6 CL. Standard. 1990 8V Golf GTi. Standard bar Cam and 15" alloys. 1996 2.4 Transporter LWB. Still got this its my work wagon and daily driver. 1992 Vauxhall Astra 1.4, really foul!! FREE ALSO!!! 1991 2.3 10V Audi coupe. S2 front bumper, V6 half leather, ellipsoids and lowered 30mm. Still got this one, its the car that converted me from VW to Audi. Soon to be for sale????? 1990 Golf Syncro. Abandoned project, Made a fortune off the parts. 1990 S2. My currant project, which has gone from having a bit of a sort out too pretty much a complete rebuild. I plan on keeping this one long term as I want to enjoy all my hard work, plus its only a matter of time before these fantastic cars become true classics. Soon to be finished, finally. 1986 90 Q. bought Mum's Vauxhall Cavelier estate.... had it a few weeks then got draughted to a ship again so flew to Rio to meet it. Dad sold the car:tup::tup:
then in 1999 Dad gave me his Audi 100 2.2E since dealer trade in price was a piss take so I had it instead:D 2000 April I think ( could be 2001) a pal called me about a 100 S4 his mate had picked up... would I be interested:lol: had Suzi up until PeterB bought her off me...bought it back 361 days later, sold to Ben last year when the gearbox started playing up, now SteveT63 has her... WR quattro bought in 2004 I think,still got it 80 cabrio...found it on ebay, had it 3 months then traded it in for the S4 cabrio:rock: 90 quattro with Creag, went half each while Creag's coupe was sorted after it failed its MOT, once sorted I bought Creag's "half" still got it for now Helen has had since I met her A4 cabrio 2.5 tdi S3 VW Eos RS4 still got it |
