I will go along with the sentiments here. Nice friendly place where the cars are a bigger part than the ego's. Long may it continue this way.

Agreed. This is a niche, there is nothing like it. Big hand to everyone (without ommission) for making it a relaxed, chilled and fun place to be.

Well,just me two penneth worth.

Firstly, thanks to Coxy and Si for making this place possible ...

Secondly, thanks to Amanda and all the mods for letting us get away with saying rude words like bum etc

Thirdly,my feelings about CA,and I dont mean Cocaine Anonymous, cos that fellowships only slightly more of a lifesaver!

Since learning how to use a pc in 2002,I went straight onto www.volvo-480-europe.org as I owned 4 Volvo 480 Turbos and it taught me the whole car in about 18months,but had lots of politics and bitchiness.

Sold the last 2 480s,and bought my Audi instead of having another 944.Joined Fans and loved it until I fell out with Jas about something really silly.....
I,like Herr Coxen, was banned from Fans. Was getting bored with lack of power from my V6 early in so decided on an S2 (not another 944:-p)! So,went over to the S2 forum, but found it far too intense, and I was out fo my depth sorta...

Then this site came along and, being into classics,I was enraptured (wanker!).

All these photos, taken in a kind of style and clarity I'd never seen before.Detailing of Coxy's bronzey orange 80 was what will always stick in my mind. Also,a guy having that hoofing great big unit to detail all day in.....just......WOOOOOOOOW!!

I love this place, and get on well with folk here as far as Im aware. The friendlyness is 2nd to no other forum.Im an actual member of over 20 forums for varying subjects,16 car forums though. This pisses over all of them...

Shame Ive only met a couple of you at Cosford once.Must get the Gelb and my arse over there again soon.

Viva CA!!!

 Steve,Lord Groomington-Smythe
