sorry for bothering you all again. I have my hubcaps primed and ready for paint. i have the proper Plastic Zermatt silver basecoat got but im wondering when i go to apply the clear "lacquer" does it require a matting agent or originally are they a high gloss finish. Sorry for the hassle.
