This might be a worn engine or gearbox mount also, but it could just be the clutch is contaminated.

My 90bhp A4 started doing this (NOT a dual mass flywheel), changed clutch at great expense and 3 weeks later it started juddering again. Reckon its the flywheel itself has a 'shine' on it and clutch cannot get a proper grip. Is worse first thing in morning. Much better after a lot of use. Just going to live with it as know the clutch itself is OK.

the last few days hasn't been to bad only got judder once that was yesterday i drove 15 miles to post office no judder i stopped about 3-4 mins tried to pull away in first and got really bad judder whole car shaking i will investigate mountings also check brakes not sticking.
