No - well a few p/x offers. I actually am not sure I will sell...but then I think it would be sensible to do so in the current climate etc etc. Anyhow managed to find a genuine 'Audi' badge after months of searching so now have a set of new genuine boot lid badges - onces it's been resprayed I'll put them on. So as you can tell not quite let go of her yet. I really need to get along to an Audi meet. Did you see that mint looking black 200 Turbo on http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/718795.htm? £250 - somebody got a bargain!

Christian - good to hear from you
Mixed really, not had the chance to use it much. My Kids love it, my wife hates it - what can you do? Got the leaks sorted, little bit of welding under the drivers side required.
Last couple of weekends worked on the suspension. Put one of the CV's on the drivers side (doddle, so pleasantly susprised) - 2 new track control arms too.
Central locking pump has given up and the Heater Fan keeps blowing fuses - Eurocarparts list a replacement fan so it might be a case of changing out. (Unless you know of a silver bullet?)

Put new shocks on at the rear and was going to leave it at that - sadly I found one of the springs was broken (it only displaced once the shock was removed).
Can't source a standard spring but found a complete set by AVO from motorsportworld.com - so they are on the way (and some new front shocks too).

Still got those ratty old tyres on, but then i've only done 200 odd miles picking up.
I'll see what she looks like when i've finished the suspension work (-40mm so will look more like it does in the brochure artwork) - might get the rims professionally refurbed - then new tyres, although i've been looking at new rims on ebay... so who knows?

Sorry to see your tale of woe re the model and the key ring - karma will catch up with him eventually.

Interested to see the 5T is for sale - if only to know what it goes for and what I might get for the 5E! Once I have it all sorted I am going to try to get to one of the Breakfast club do's - maybe get them both there if you havent sold?

    all the best Tim
