every now and then over the past year or two i have been messaging an administrator, i guess thats you, for help as my email address is "banned" please could you help?

is there any chance someone can help sort my "email banned" problem or should i just go to another forum?

hi ivebeen asked to contact you with my problem
i was able to log in but when i tried to change my password it said email banned
you changed my password to quattro and i was able tosign in with this yesterday ok but not today
this has been going on for weeks now
i am a paid up member
please can you look at it for me
